User Documentation

Complete user documentation is available within the software itself. Choose “User Guide” from the Help Menu or the Main Menu.

Technical Support Renewal

Each license purchased includes one year of Technical Support. After the first year, these support features are available at a cost 12% of the current list price of your software.

You will be mailed a renewal notice approximately 90 days before your Technical Support expires.

Phone- or web-based training.
Program updates, when available.
Step-by-step assistance, and excellent follow-up.
Technical help with your digitizers, hardware, and third-party software.
