Technical Support Renewal

Each license purchased includes one year of Technical Support. After the first year, these support features are available at a cost 12% of the current list price of your software. You will be mailed a renewal notice approximately 90 days before your Technical Support expires.

Phone and web-based technical support.
Phone and web-based training.
Program updates.
Step-by-step assistance, and excellent follow-up.
Technical help with your digitizers, hardware, and other third-party software.
